What you'll do

• Consult with attorneys and legal teams
• review financial, tax, payroll, business, and case records
• quantify economic damages using accepted methods
• calculate lost earnings, lost profits, diminished earning capacity, business interruption, and future damages
• develop economic models and present-value analyses
• prepare expert and rebuttal reports
• provide deposition and trial testimony
• collaborate with ESI experts and case teams.
