What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and coach sales development representatives
• set and monitor activity, meeting, and sourced-pipeline KPIs
• design and refine inbound and outbound sequences
• partner with Marketing on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging
• review calls and emails and provide live coaching
• analyze team performance and report pipeline impact to Sales leadership
• develop promotion paths
• own the SDR playbook and tooling
• promote accountability and learning.
