Job overview

What you'll do
- Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- observe skin condition and report pain, symptoms, or changes to the RN Case Manager
- assist with ambulation, exercise, range of motion, transfers, positioning, and self-administered medication reminders as allowed
- perform assigned light homemaking tasks
- document care and follow safety and reporting procedures.
