What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities
• follow up with clients and prospects
• solicit account rounding, coverage increases, and new business
• obtain coverage and rates, process quotes, bind coverage, and explain policies
• support renewals and retention
• monitor and report sales metrics
• document sales activity
• collaborate with and mentor team members
• maintain continuing education and industry knowledge.
