What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting with hiring managers
• onboard new employees and manage applicant tracking workflows
• maintain HCM records and tracking files
• administer payroll and benefits
• process leave and absence reports
• conduct exit interviews and assist with personnel matters
• help draft and update policies and procedures
• prepare reports
• assist with training plans
• assist with immigration and visa administration
• translate and interpret between English and Chinese.
