What you'll do

• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants
• review care plans
• assess residents, document findings, and develop care plans
• communicate with physicians about residents’ conditions and progress
• provide nursing care
• prepare and administer prescribed medications
• notify physicians or the Director of Nursing about significant changes
• complete timely charting
• respond to staff inquiries, call lights, and resident requests.
