Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Conduct daily facility and community sessions
• support tailored client programs in communication, life skills, community safety, vocational training, job coaching, self-help, and social interaction
• collect data and record progress notes
• review data and report concerns to the Program Director
• teach communication skills using behavior modification and positive reinforcement
• attend staff meetings and ongoing training.
