What you'll do

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian components
• configure projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, notifications, and automations
• support governance and recommend best-practice solutions
• manage upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes
• document standards and procedures
• advise on architecture and roadmap planning
• troubleshoot issues and manage access, permissions, security groups, and licensing
• provide user guidance and training materials.
