What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
• offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• perform light housekeeping related to patient care
• maintain patient comfort and dignity
• document care provided.
