What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• operate dishwashing and kitchen-cleaning equipment
• store clean items
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas
• stock supplies
• sweep and wash floors
• sort and remove trash
• clean and sanitize walk-ins
• inspect and clean other restaurant areas as needed
• report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions.
