What you'll do

• Promote sauna, red light, and contrast therapies and work toward membership conversion goals
• mentor Sales Associates and provide feedback
• regularly serve as Manager on Duty, managing the in-studio team during opening hours, supporting coverage, and maintaining daily operations and guest service standards
• respond to guest questions and concerns professionally.
