What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations across multiple clinic locations
• supervise and mentor registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and other nursing staff
• develop clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
• ensure regulatory compliance
• lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• oversee orientation, competencies, education, and professional development
• collaborate across clinical and operational teams
• support infection prevention, emergency preparedness, vaccine programs, and regulatory readiness
• monitor nursing performance metrics.
