Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Paid Days Off (PDO) benefit accrues time off for sick, absent, tardy, vacation, personal, etc. at 4.66 minutes for every hour worked after successfully passing the introductory period. Accrual levels increase with length of service. Eight holidays are paid at time and one-half if worked and criteria is met. Medical: available on first of month after four weeks of at least 20 hours each.
