Civil Project Manager

The manager coordinates owners, subcontractors, engineers, and field teams while overseeing safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction. The role drives project delivery through planning, cost control, field coordination, documentation, and closeout.

What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• develop bid proposals, schedules, and value-engineering options
• manage project safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability
• oversee contracts, kickoff, planning, and scheduling
• coordinate field work
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and project documentation
• conduct site visits
• oversee closeout and final billing
• supervise and mentor site staff.
