What you'll do

• Oversee, assess, plan, and coordinate nursing care
• obtain histories, perform appropriate tests, observe participants, and consult with interdisciplinary team members
• teach patients and families about health regimens and care plans
• administer ordered medications, tests, and treatments
• manage medication refills with provider authorization
• complete biannual and status-change nursing assessments
• document problems, goals, and interventions in participant care plans.
