Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Hillsdale, MI, providing care in clients’ homes. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour. ComForCare Home Care provides personalized in-home personal care intended to help clients live their best lives and maintain independence and dignity. The aide assists clients with daily living, mobility, household tasks, and appointments, while providing companionship and reporting changes in health or condition. Following individualized care plans supports consistent, high-quality personal care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or condition
• accompany clients to appointments and errands
• follow individualized care plans.
