What you'll do

• Conduct community outreach and engagement
• provide individual and group education on sexual health, HIV and STI prevention, harm reduction, PrEP/PEP, and stigma reduction
• facilitate trainings and workshops
• support peer educators
• perform HIV and STI screenings
• provide prevention counseling and care navigation
• assist with appointments, referrals, adherence support, and benefit enrollment
• document activities and outcomes
• support program reporting and evaluation
• protect confidential patient information.
