What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies and target lists
• conduct personalized outreach and initial screens
• maintain candidate records and pipeline in Lever
• serve as the day-to-day contact for hiring managers
• coordinate intake and pipeline reviews
• adjust sourcing and screening based on feedback
• manage assigned requisitions through offer
• contribute to recruiting templates, rubrics, and playbooks.
