Night Auditor — Part-Time Overnight

What you'll do

• Welcome guests during check-in, check-out, and their stay
• answer calls and manage reservations
• share hotel and local information
• assist walk-in guests and offer room upgrades when appropriate
• post charges and process payments
• balance cash drawers, card transactions, and direct-bill accounts
• investigate discrepancies
• complete nightly audit reports
• respond to guest concerns
• maintain the front desk and lobby
• follow security and emergency procedures.
