The Board Certified Behavior Analyst — Flexible Schedule role is hybrid in Silver Spring, MD, serving families in Silver Spring and nearby parts of Montgomery County. Pay is $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA is an in-home ABA team focused on supporting clinical work without burnout. The BCBA assesses clients, develops treatment plans, and guides implementation through RBT supervision and caregiver training. Tracking progress and updating goals helps ensure services respond to client needs and support family participation.
