The analyst translates cross-functional needs into a repeatable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations template and deployment playbook. By connecting sales, project delivery, field service, and finance processes, the role supports consistent implementation and effective adoption across multiple entities.

What you'll do

• Translate requirements into process maps, functional designs, and agile user stories
• facilitate workshops and fit/gap decisions
• contribute to a scalable Project Operations template and deployment playbook
• map opportunity-to-billing workflows
• document integrations
• support discovery and readiness assessments
• partner with architecture, integration, migration, and quality teams
• develop user acceptance scenarios
• support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• create training and process materials.
