What you'll do

• Maintain vendor records, including obtaining IRS W-9 forms
• answer vendor inquiries
• verify invoice data and payment approvals
• code invoices and enter them into accounting software
• process accounts payable checks and match them with invoices
• maintain reports and files
• prepare account analyses as required
• reconcile cash receipt logs and prepare bank deposits
• assist with special projects
• maintain confidentiality.
