What you'll do

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff
• oversee and coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• assess residents’ health status and update care plans as needed
• guide and support nursing staff
• assist with training and orientation
• handle emergencies and issues during shifts according to established protocols.
