Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager role is hybrid in Atlanta, GA, with three days in the office expected. Compensation is $70,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus. Canary Hiring Technologies is a software startup whose platform helps employers hire and retain talent and reduce turnover. As the company’s first customer success hire, this manager will guide customers from onboarding through renewal, support product adoption, and build the processes and metrics used to improve customer outcomes. The role connects customer feedback with Sales, Product, and Engineering and identifies opportunities to expand existing accounts.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
• drive product adoption and customer hiring and retention goals
• build customer success processes, playbooks, and training materials
• analyze customer data
• partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on feedback
• track NPS, retention, adoption, and ROI metrics
• identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
