What you'll do

• Manage floral product ordering, inventory, quality, rotation, and merchandising
• coordinate displays and product information
• verify vendor deliveries and invoices
• plan physical inventory
• manage daily projects, sales goals, pricing, and budgets
• maintain safe and organized sales-floor, back-room, and cooler areas
• lead and develop employees
• support promotions and community events
• and provide customer service and product guidance.
