What you'll do

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services
• manage client programs and monitor progress
• make data-driven treatment adjustments
• conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• consult with case providers
• supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians through training, feedback, and parent coaching
• ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies
• prepare utilization and treatment reports
• lead team meetings
• support staff development and clinical program improvement.
