What you'll do

• Conduct contractor ride-behinds and evaluations
• handle product and load or offload trucks
• coordinate with customer service
• oversee administrative support where applicable
• ensure claims are charged to the appropriate driver
• maintain DOT and OSHA compliance
• monitor KPIs, weekly financial reports, and contractor settlements
• oversee accurate vehicle loading for last-mile retail home-product delivery
• recruit independent owner-operators and assist with team recruitment
• provide daily remote operational support for Syracuse, including routing, billing, and delivery-team management
• travel to Syracuse twice monthly for one-day onsite visits.
