Patient and family education, referrals, coordination with physicians and ancillary departments, and attention to safety support effective emergency care.

What you'll do

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with conditions ranging from minor injuries to acute and critical illness
• develop individualized care plans
• manage multiple cases and reprioritize based on acuity
• educate patients and families and provide discharge instructions
• coordinate referrals and work closely with physicians and ancillary departments
• maintain attention to patient safety.
