Day Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
• conduct monthly supervision and quality-assurance checks
• monitor staff schedules and coverage
• review Individualized Service Plans and track participant outcomes
• monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance
• coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, families, guardians, and providers
• respond to incidents and ensure reporting and follow-up
• protect confidential records
• recommend program and staffing improvements.
