What you'll do

• Coach and advise management teams

• address employee relations issues and conduct formal investigations as needed
• advise on disciplinary processes
• support talent development, succession planning, and employee growth
• lead HR projects and process improvements
• partner with talent acquisition on staffing strategies
• advise employees on HR policies and programs
• use HR data and analytics
• maintain confidentiality
• administer performance management and merit programs
• and conduct exit interviews and analyze findings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, five to seven years of progressive HR experience, and at least three years in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting leaders as a trusted advisor and leading employee relations investigations is required.
