What you'll do

• Contact assigned students before arrival and provide program information
• meet arrivals as assigned
• provide and document interventions and counseling
• conduct intake assessments
• hold scheduled individual and group counseling sessions
• collaborate with staff on student progress and goals
• identify students needing additional services and make referrals
• maintain case notes and Personal Career Development Plans
• support student evaluations, attendance, leaves, and passes
• participate in Career Management Team panels
• provide support services and community referrals as appropriate.
