What you'll do

• Conduct daily rounds to assess resident care and staff performance
• oversee nursing staff hiring, training, evaluations, and discipline
• manage staffing schedules
• ensure clinical and regulatory compliance
• lead quality improvement and facility committee work
• monitor the department budget
• resolve resident, family, and employee concerns
• maintain records
• follow up on pharmacy, dietary, and physician consultations
• and serve as acting administrator when needed. Occasional travel is required.
