What you'll do

• Prepare and cook pizzas to recipe specifications
• prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
• operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
• maintain portioning, presentation, and cook-time consistency
• keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• communicate with the kitchen team
• assist with prep, inventory rotation, and other kitchen duties as needed.
