Federal Proposal & Capture Manager

We are looking for a versatile Proposal & Capture Manager to drive our federal growth. This isn’t a "behind-the-scenes" writing role; we need a proactive professional who can own the entire lifecycle of a bid—from identifying the right teammates to hitting "submit" on a winning technical proposal. The ideal candidate can produce at least one high-quality, compliant federal proposal per
