What you'll do

• Provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, feeding, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• monitor health status and vital signs and report changes to the nurse
• engage residents in social and recreational activities
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
