Parking Enforcement Officer, Non-Driving

What you'll do

• Monitor assigned parking areas for compliance
• answer customer questions about directions, events, locations, and parking policies
• issue citations and warnings using handheld or manual systems
• impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed
• assist with parking equipment and facility upkeep
• support collection and security of parking revenue
• assist event staff with setup, traffic control, payments, and lot usage
• assist with permit sales and office tasks as needed.
