What you'll do

• Administer and oversee loan and deposit servicing and related documentation
• coordinate loan renewals, annual reviews, payoff requests, and third-party services
• maintain credit files, covenant tracking, and servicing deadlines
• evaluate overdraft and fee-waiver requests within delegated authority
• serve as a client contact for deposit, loan, and treasury matters
• support account onboarding and compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, and CDD requirements
• participate in audits and regulatory examinations
• coordinate with Lending, Operations, Compliance, and Relationship Management
• maintain records and provide operational guidance to banking services staff.
