The Head of Partnerships – Flag Football role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Compensation is not specified. TMRW Sports is developing professional flag football leagues in partnership with the National Football League. The role builds and leads the league’s Partnerships function, owning the partnership lifecycle from new revenue and sponsorship sales through activation, account management, renewals, and partner growth. It establishes a scalable commercial organization and supports the league’s long-term growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead Business Development and Partnership Management teams
• own partnership revenue goals across new business, renewals, upsells, and partner growth
• develop commercial strategy and sponsorship platforms
• build and mentor the business development team
• lead activation, satisfaction, retention, and account growth
• personally lead high-value partnership opportunities
• develop sponsorship programs and pricing with Partnership Solutions
• coordinate go-to-market work with internal teams, the NFL, and stakeholders
• establish sales processes, forecasting, reporting, and commercial practices
• identify new revenue streams and commercial assets
• lead contract negotiations and strategic planning.
