The Construction Administrator, Airport Infrastructure role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Compensation is $35–$55 per hour. CMTS provides project and construction management services for public and private clients and delivers infrastructure projects intended to benefit communities. The administrator supports airport infrastructure project delivery through contract management, documentation, compliance tracking, and coordination among project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. Accurate records and timely administrative processes help projects meet their requirements through closeout.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to project and construction managers
• maintain project documentation, correspondence, and records
• track contract compliance and deliverables
• coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
• process contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• support procurement and contract administration
• maintain project logs and tracking reports
• assist with closeout and final documentation
• coordinate communication among stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and clients.
