What you'll do

• Follow the supervisor’s care plan to assist with daily living activities
• provide companionship and support client safety
• perform light housekeeping
• assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• observe and report changes in well-being
• document care
• follow safety and infection-control protocols
• communicate with clients, families, and supervisors.
