Data Product Lead — Adobe Experience Cloud, Dallas

The Data Product Lead role is onsite in Dallas, TX. The base salary range is $135,000–$185,000 annually. Blue Acorn iCi is a digital experience partner delivering commerce, content, analytics, and customer-insight services; this role leads the Data POD supporting enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. The role translates strategic and business priorities into data architecture, governance, and delivery plans that enable trusted customer data for activation, analytics, and personalization. It combines technical oversight, program integration, and consultative leadership across the Data POD and its stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own technical quality and delivery for the Data POD
• review data architectures, XDM schemas, integrations, and deployment plans
• establish quality and governance controls
• oversee Adobe Web SDK and data integrations
• define B2B identity frameworks and data models
• manage intake, prioritization, capacity, dependencies, and roadmaps
• communicate delivery status and risks
• mentor distributed engineering resources
• and develop data quality, governance, and automation initiatives.
