What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• support residents during meals and hydration
• provide incontinence care
• transfer residents using mechanical lifts and mobility equipment
• monitor condition and report changes to the nurse on duty
• help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
• communicate with residents, families, and team members.
