Steel Project Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and manage project timelines
• create job-specific safety plans and JHAs
• review drawings, revisions, and scope changes
• prepare and document change orders
• coordinate with trades and resolve field issues
• issue purchase orders and subcontracts
• monitor productivity, schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• guide drafting staff and review shop drawings
• maintain client and vendor communication
• forecast costs, track metrics, and lead post-project reviews.
