What you'll do

• interview, recommend, and train employees

• arrange coverage for absent staff
• transfer employees between units as needed
• prepare performance evaluations
• schedule breaks
• resolve employee complaints
• monitor and correct staff performance
• ensure assigned staff are adequately supervised.
