What you'll do

• Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift
• ensure compliance with organizational policies, practice standards, and regulations
• facilitate care delivery processes
• collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staffing for safe 24/7 care
• participate in staff recruitment and new-hire orientation
• mentor staff
• recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
