Engineering Manager

This role exists to lead the Process Engineering function, ensuring manufacturing processes meet stringent quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance standards from NPI through sustained production.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Process Engineering team
• establish and track KPIs for yield and defect reduction
• review and approve manufacturing documentation for IPC Class 3 compliance
• develop and validate manufacturing processes
• provide engineering support for SMT, thru-hole, and inspection processes
• lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
