What you'll do

• Ensure staff follow food code requirements
• oversee patient food service, cashier activities, and retail service
• plan and delegate non-production work
• direct workflow and address routine staffing issues
• monitor service standards, accuracy, and timeliness
• oversee cash handling, reconciliation, deposits, and controls
• coordinate catering requests and billing
• coach and train employees
• complete month-end documentation and reporting
• maintain operational records
• support inventory and financial controls
• collaborate with the registered dietitian on patient menu programming
• support hiring, orientation, performance evaluations, and budget monitoring.
