What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support
• assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• support Hyper-V and VMware
• troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
• assist with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• deploy and troubleshoot devices
• perform system maintenance and security operations
• manage IT assets and documentation
• assist with projects, capacity planning, and budgeting
• collaborate with departments and vendors.
