What you'll do

• Work with parents and pregnant women to support safe, secure environments and child development goals
• screen infants and toddlers using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire within 45 days of enrollment
• help families obtain medical and dental homes and maintain EPSDT recommendations
• complete family self-sufficiency screens
• assess child development with parents and plan developmentally sequential activities.
