Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative role is onsite in North Las Vegas, NV, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the schedule may vary with business needs. The representative is an initial point of contact for patients, coordinating calls and appointments, verifying insurance, documenting information in the electronic medical record, and supporting patient-centered clinic operations. English and Spanish fluency are required.

What you'll do

• Answer and screen incoming calls, transfer callers, and return missed patient calls
• schedule and remind patients about appointments
• verify identity and insurance
• document interactions and update electronic medical records
• provide patient instructions and information about the sliding fee scale
• handle patient concerns and escalate issues
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
